William (Bill) brings with him over four decades of experience owning, operating, managing and dealing with a large number of industrial businesses and also tenanting, renting and owning numerous industrial properties. He has managed the construction of new industrial buildings and numerous upgrades that have added significant value. Bill has a keen interest in businesses that contribute to world sustainability and much of his career has been in this area. Bill’s extensive property experience, along with his strong commercial and people skills, provide our investment partners with confidence that higher than average property returns will be attained.

Michael has close to 30 years’ experience in the Australian real estate market across a broad range of roles, including REIT investor relations manager, REIT equities analyst, property funds management, asset management, and accounting. He has worked across the industrial, office and retail sectors. Michael’s extensive property experience and commercial skills help Small Fish Funds’ investment partners receive attractive property returns with high quality of service. Michael is primarily responsible for asset management and acquisition due diligence.

Backed by his studies in Commerce & Media, Peter is now putting his strong analytical skills to use by assessing industrial properties and markets in major capital cities, including maintaining a database of recent sales and market rents.
